Warranty: Terms and conditions
We warrant that the performed jobs will be free from defects in material supplied by us or workmanship for 12 months
This warranty does not cover any third party products those are purchased by buyer.
If it is the defective product that was supplied by customer it will not be covered under warranty, please contact the product manufacturer
This warranty is only for you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable
Pentagon will not be responsible for any consequential, incidental or indirect damage under this warranty. Implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of this warranty and shall exclude consequential damages.
A buyer Pentagon products or service has the right to have warranty service performed during the warranty period.
If you experience a warranty-related problem, please explain the issue and send us copy of the original invoice @ info@pentagonelectrical.ca
Depending upon work load at time our service technician will visit and take necessary actions to resolve the issue.
If, after a reasonable number of attempts, the condition has not been fixed, if applicable, or a refund, in either case, subject to deduction of a reasonable charge for usage.
Warranty service costs are covered up to the cost of the original repair.
